I have a neighbor who has two dogs...I am not sure what these poor creatures
are doing to deserve this, but, he whips them until they are crying! And he
does it within earshot of my windows.
I had enough so I filed a complaint with the powers that be. SO...if this
person logs onto this newsgroup, be aware that something will be done to
stop this abuse.
